Wellness Director

Wells Point Lodge, formerly Heatherwilde Assisted Living, is Pflugerville's premier family owned assisted living community and is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to be the Wellness Director for our beautiful, assisted living community. We are a family owned and operated senior living community looking for someone who enjoys working in a welcoming home-like environment. The Wellness Director is responsible for overseeing the health and well-being of all our Residents, all clinical aspects of the community, will manage, supervise and train our care staff, communicate with Residents' families, and physicians as well as maintain relationships with the surrounding community.

If you have at least 2 years' experience in a senior living community, enjoy working in a beautiful environment, are passionate about serving others and can lead our seasoned team into the future, we want to talk to you.

Candidates must be computer literate and be able to complete and lead regular on-site, off-site and online education.
