Resident Care Coordinator

Wells Point Lodge is Pflugerville's premier family-owned assisted living community and is looking for someone who enjoys working in a smaller environment. Our Resident Care Coordinator will be assist the Wellness Director with coordination of care and services of all of our Residents, orientation and training of new employees, systems and procedure compliance, communicate with Residents' families, ancillary services, physicians as needed and maintain relationships with the surrounding communities.

If you have at least 2 years' experience in a senior living community, enjoy working in a beautiful environment, are passionate about serving others and can lead our seasoned team into the future, we want to talk to you.

Candidates must be computer literate and be able to complete and lead regular on-site, off-site and online education.
