Executive Director

Wells Point Lodge, Assisted Living, is Pflugerville's premier family-owned assisted living community and is looking for an experienced Executive Director. Our new Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the community and develop and maintain relationships with all of our Residents, their families, our experienced team and the surrounding communities.

If you have at least 2 years' experience in a senior living community, enjoy working in a beautiful environment, are passionate about serving others and can lead our seasoned team into the future, we want to talk to you.

Candidates must be computer literate, able to complete and lead regular on-site training and online education.
