Your role as an Enrichment Coordinator

As an Enrichment Coordinator at Wells Point Lodge, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve designing and facilitating engaging activities tailored to the diverse interests and abilities of our senior Residents, your daily interactions will foster meaningful connections and enrich their lives through innovative programming. You will be expected to assess Resident needs and preferences, ensuring that programs are inclusive and encourage participation. Daily tasks include coordinating schedules, leading individual and group activities, connecting with volunteers, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment during events. Documentation of participation and feedback will be essential for program evaluation and ongoing improvement.
